Irish teenager makes bid for place in Britain's Got Talent final

Co Meath teenager Cillian O'Connor will be among the acts competing in tonight's semi-final of Britain's Got Talent.

The young magician, who has been diagnosed with autism and dyspraxia, has already wowed the judges on the ITV show.

With two places available in Sunday's final, Cillian will be up against seven other acts tonight.

One act will go through via the public vote. The judges - Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Bruno Tonioli - will choose the second.

Aerial and acrobatic act Duo Odyssey, dance group Ghetto Kids, singer Travis George, comic Viggo Venn, singer Olivia Lynes, dancer Musa Motha, singer Amy Lou and singer Malakai have already qualified for the final.
