Prime Video has revealed the line-up for its first Irish original series, LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland, with Aisling Bea, Jason Byrne, Amy Huberman, and Deirdre O'Kane among those set to compete in the Graham Norton-hosted show.

LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland will "pit 10 of Ireland's leading comedy stars against each other".

The full line-up is: Martin Angolo, Aisling Bea, Catherine Bohart, Jason Byrne, Tony Cantwell, Emma Doran, Amy Huberman, David McSavage, Deirdre O'Kane, and Paul Tylak.

The six-part series will premiere on Prime Video in 2024, with the format already a hit around the world.

Announcing the Irish show, Prime Video said: "Using his trademark wit, Graham Norton will oversee 10 of Ireland's most sought-after comedy stars, brought together to make each other laugh by using every comedic tool in the box ... without cracking a smile themselves.

"With the added bonus of some celebrity cameos, their performances will have viewers - but hopefully not their fellow stars - laughing out loud.

"As the clock counts down and the tension rises, whoever can outlast their competitors will be crowned the first winner of LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland."

When the show was announced in April, Norton said that he was thrilled "to be working on home ground for the first time in many, many years".

"I'm so proud of our comedy culture and it's wonderful to have a platform to showcase Irish talent to a global audience," he added.
