Philip Boucher-Hayes and Anna Daly return for a second run of the series about hospital life.
They present from a purpose-built set at the Mater Hospital in Dublin, meeting patients, health workers and ancillary staff, as well as the innovators at the cutting edge of Irish medical science.
There are also stories from hospitals and medical centres around the country to give a sense of the national effort and how this fits into the global world of innovative medicine.

In the Name of the Father: Storyville, 10.00pm, BBC Four
Documentary-maker Bat-dor Ojalvo is given extraordinary access to one of Israel's most Orthodox Hasidic communities to explore the scandal that erupted when the rabbi who established and led the community died.
There follows a story of inheritance battles, violent reprisals, sexual abuse and underage marriages, told by those that experienced it.
Rebekah Vardy: Jehovah's Witnesses and Me, 10.00pm, Channel 4
The subject of the 'Wagatha Christie' trial investigates the inner workings of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Having grown up within the faith, she explains how the religion failed to support her through sexual abuse and shunned her as a child.
Meeting with other former Jehovah's Witnesses, including a victim of child abuse, Rebekah aims to show the world the negative impacts the religion can have on children.
