I'm a Celebrity... South Africa - shock as two popular contestants eliminated

Two more contestants were eliminated from I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! South Africa last night.

Former Made in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo and Coronation Street actor Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk in the soap, bid the camp goodbye.

They were sent home after a head-to-head battle with Myleene Klass and Jordan Banjo.

The four battled it out in the Gold Rush trial, in which they had to find gold nuggets buried inside identical mine shafts.

Toffolo won I'm A Celebrity in 2017, with Whyment taking part in the 2019 series, finishing in second place.

Fellow contestant and former supermodel Janice Dickinson also left the show last night. She was forced to leave the show behind after sustaining an injury in camp.

I'm A Celebrity...South Africa sees the return of some of the most memorable campmates from I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! since the series started in 2002. There is no public vote in this edition - contestants battle it out in challenges to stay in the competition.

Returning "all stars" on this series included presenter Carol Vorderman, royal butler Paul Burrell and nutritionist Gillian McKeith. Nine contestants remain.
