The teams reach the halfway point and set off on their journey to the fifth checkpoint over 3,000 kilometres away on Manitoulin Island.
The race is on but the pairs only have one way out of Churchill - an overnight train south followed by two buses from hell.
In what could be the tightest leg so far, the teams have limited options and must use their ingenuity to gain an advantage.
The current leaders struggle on with only a quarter of their budget left, Zainib is feeling homesick, while Monique and Ladi try to make a quick break from the other teams.
Tricia fears she may have to cut her race short after receiving some bad news from home.

Here’s a chance to see the 1998 mini-series based on the classic novel of the same name by John McGahern, starring Tony Doyle, Ger Ryan, Susan Lynch, Anne-Marie Duff and Brían F O'Byrne.
It follows a man growing old among a family who try to live through tragic circumstances.
Doyle plays Moran, an overbearing father who believes himself to be benevolent, but the death of his wife makes his relationship with his five children increasingly difficult.

The dating show - hosted by Anna Richardson (below) - that bares all returns with Sarah from Plymouth, who becomes the first ever returning picker having previously been on the show as David.
Now proudly pansexual and living as a woman, Sarah can't wait to road test her new body and hopes her first date as a woman will be everything she has dreamed of.
Then there’s twenty-year-old plumber Jamie from Swansea, who is fed up with being hit on by OAPs at work, so he comes into the studio looking for love.
Painting Birds With Jim and Nancy Moir, 8.00pm, Sky Arts

This new comedic ornithological series will follow prolific artist Jim Moir (aka Vic Reeves) and his wife Nancy as they explore some of Britain’s best beauty spots, joined along the way by a few famous friends.
Their challenge? Create an original piece of bird art celebrating the unique species native to that region over the course of a weekend.
Accompanied in each episode by local twitchers, artists and conservation experts, Jim, and Nancy will be guided through forest and fen as they venture through wild countryside and local bird sanctuaries to gather inspiration.
They'll spend meditative weekends sketching and painting their feathery subjects, tackling everything from grouse to goshawks and bitterns to bearded tits.

As the series wraps, congenital heart surgeon Osama Jaber must perform lifesaving surgery on 15-day-old baby Callie-Mae.
She was born with the two large arteries of her heart, the aorta and the pulmonary, in the wrong positions, meaning her body is not getting enough oxygenated blood.
Meanwhile, neurosurgeon Kenan Deniz operates on 30-year-old Sam, who suffers from debilitating headaches.
That’s because she was born with a condition where the lower part of the brain pushes down onto her spine, putting pressure on the brainstem and spinal cord.
