Realising just how much they have going on in their personal lives, will he be able to help them make positive changes before the big trip to Iceland?

The film is constructed from six visual essays by David Lowery, Karyn Kusama, John Waters, Rodney Ascher, Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, and critic Amy Nicholson.
The Repair Shop, 8.00pm, BBC One
Jay Blades (below) and his team of experts welcome Rokeya and Patricia into the Repair Shop who have brought in a painting that has been in their family since it was commissioned in the early 1950s.
Meanwhile, Kirsten Ramsay takes on the challenge of repairing a clay keepsake of Emese and Luke's son's footprints.
David, who died at just five months old, was diagnosed with a rare heart condition in 2020 and the clay has already started to crack.
Then Nick and Pat from West Yorkshire bring in a thermometer that was used to measure extreme temperatures when they lived in the Arctic.
The last visitor of the day is Bekki, who brings the remains of an antique glass and lead terrarium that has been completely destroyed after being couriered from Spain to her home after her grandparents died.
Race Across the World, 9.00pm, BBC One
The five pairs leave Dawson City and head south to the third checkpoint, 2,700km away in Alberta, but the stakes are raised as the team that reaches the checkpoint last is eliminated.
Race leaders Trisha and Cathie enjoy a 25-hour lead over their nearest competitors but after hiring a car in the last leg they take a risk on car sharing their way to Alberta.
Disaster strikes for Monique who injures herself at the checkpoint causing her and father Ladi a further three-hour delay. Zainib and Mobeen formulate a new strategy and Marc has to face his fears.
Forty-five hours behind Trisha and Cathie are Claudia and Kevin, sitting in last place with their no-frills strategy.

Based on true events, The Good Mothers tells the story of Denise, daughter of Lea Garofalo, Maria Concetta Cacciola and Giuseppina Pesce - three women who dared to defy the 'Ndrangheta mafia they were born into.
We also meet prosecutor Anna Colace who, having just arrived in Calabria, has an intuition: to be able to defeat the ‘Ndrangheta clans, you need to focus on the women.
It is a strategy that brings with it great risk - after all, The ‘Ndrangheta is famous and feared for its iron fist and insidious power.
