Two generations of Irish Eurovision stars grabbed a photo op last night when two-time winner Johnny Logan and this year's Irish hopefuls Wild Youth met up in Tel Aviv.

Johnny and the Dublin band, who take to the Eurovision semi-final stage on Tuesday, 9 May to perform their song We Are One in Liverpool, both performed at a pre-Eurovision gig in the Israeli city.

Wild Youth’s pre-Eurovision tour events have also included performances in Barcelona and Poland.

The band, who consist of David Whelan, Conor O'Donohoe, Ed Porter and Callum McAdam, will also perform in Madrid this weekend and at the London Eurovision party before taking to the stage in Liverpool, battling for a place in the grand final in front of a global audience of over 130 million.
