Here's a four-part Showtime series about a US showbiz superstar's fall from grace.

This documentary by W Kamau Bell offers a deeply personal exploration of actor and comedian Bill Cosby's descent from 'America's Dad’ to alleged sexual predator.

Along the way he talks to comedians, educators, journalists and survivors to have a conversation about the man and his crimes.

He begins by looking at the 1960s, when Cosby was collecting accolades for his comedy and finding his own ways of participating in the nation's civil rights movement.

But behind this righteous facade he was allegedly beginning to exploit his power.

Paul Whitehouse: Our Troubled Rivers, 8.00pm, BBC Two

In this two-parter, the actor, writer and comedian Paul Whitehouse (below, left, with Bob Mortimer) travels around England and Wales looking at the issues that their rivers and waterways are facing.

He begins by visiting the north of England to find out the impact water companies have on rivers, exploring the change in the industry since privatisation in 1989 and what regulations are in place when it comes to sewage discharge.

He meets concerned locals looking to highlight the health of the River Wharfe, a conservationist who warns of the ecological decline in iconic Lake Windemere.

He also talks to former Undertones singer Feargal Sharkey, who has become a figurehead for the campaign to prevent water companies dumping sewage into UK waterways and seas
