Wins at the SAG Awards are seen as a key indicator of Academy Awards success.

The majority of the SAG film awards at the Fairmont Century Plaza hotel went to the stars of the time-bending adventure Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Michelle Yeoh won Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for her work on the film - the first Asian woman to win in that category.

Her co-star Jamie Lee Curtis was honoured with the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role award.

The film's Ke Huy Quan won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role - the first Asian man to win in that category.

The cast of Everything Everywhere All at Once was also honoured with the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture award. The cast includes screen veteran James Hong, who turned 94 last week.

Brendan Fraser won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for his work on The Whale.

Ireland's Farrell, Gleeson, and Paul Mescal were among the stars presenting awards at the ceremony.
