Dancing with the Stars' Damian McGinty has said his body is "borderline falling apart" as he prepares for a Charleston and tries to avoid the first dance-off of the new series this Sunday.
The Glee star and his professional dance partner Kylee Vincent are coming into Sunday's show on the back of three nines from the judges last weekend - but Damian has said he is "hanging together" at this stage in the competition.
"This is the craziest process I've ever been through!" he laughed.

"I wish I could sit here and say that it has gotten easier - it has not! In fact, if I'm being fully transparent, this week has been either my hardest or certainly my second hardest... I'm dancing a Charleston - and it is tough!"
"It's the nature of it," he continued. "The routines are so different, the techniques are so different... Monday mornings are very tough is basically the bottom line."
Despite being tipped as one of the favourites for a place in the final, the Derry man isn't getting ahead of himself - especially with the arrival of the dance-off this weekend.

"I actually can't even imagine the thought that goes through your head when you're in the bottom two!" he laughed.
"Not only are you devastated about that, [but] the realisation that dawns on you that, 'Oh my God, I have two minutes here to prepare myself to do this dance again!'
"I can't even think about it! I really, really hope - especially this week - I'm not in it!"
You can find out how Damian fares on Sunday on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player at 6:30pm.
