Interior designer Sara Cosgrove joins architects Amanda Bone and Hugh Wallace on the judging panel for this year's run of the contest.
Over the course of eight weeks, they explore 21 outstanding homes across Ireland.
This run of the show will champion creativity and showcase clever design and individuality, and will feature homes located all over Ireland.
It will include re-imagined semi-detached homes, renovation projects, architectural homes, restored period homes and new builds.
They begin by examining a modern mid-century home in Dublin, a converted barn in county Meath (above), and a newly built thatched cottage in county Armagh.

Aoife Ní Thuairisg and Séamus Ó Scanláin present tonight’s show - a live semi-final as five contestants compete for viewers’ votes to become one of the three contestants to make it to the final.
Tonight, the two contestants with the highest votes will automatically make it through to next week's final. The judges will choose one of the remaining contestants.
All of the contestants will be performing tonight along with some very special guests.

Coverage of the knockout stages of the Champions League Paris begins with a cracker as Paris Saint-Germain host Bayern Munich (KO 8.00pm) at Parc des Princes.

These sides met in the final of the 2019/20 tournament, when Bayern prevailed 1-0 thanks to a goal by PSG academy graduate Kingsley Coman.
They also met the following season at the quarter-final stage, when the French outfit gained a measure of revenge, progressing by virtue of the now defunct away goals rule.

An investigation into a powerful spyware called Pegasus, sold to governments around the world by Israeli company NSO Group.
It’s something that’s used on journalists, activists and others, including both the wife and fiancee of Saudi dissident Jamal Khashoggi.
Inside Our Autistic Minds, 9.00pm, BBC Two
Since sharing his own autism diagnosis with the world, naturalist and presenter Chris Packham (below) has been flooded with messages from other autistic people, frustrated that their friends, families and colleagues don't understand them.
In the first of two programmes, Chris sets out to bridge the gap, helping a group of people on the autism spectrum create short films that reveal to their family and friends what is really going on inside their minds.
They include comedian Flo from Wiltshire and 20-year-old student Murray from Oxfordshire - the son of BBC Radio 2 DJ Ken Bruce.
Untold: Cheat Detectives - The Loyalty Test, 11.05pm, Channel 4
Daisy Maskell investigates the influencers using social media to catch out cheaters.
She also questions the ethics of the #loyaltytest trend, visiting a TikToker creating content from the hashtag and taking on clients to test their partners.
