Lewis Capaldi made a surprise visit to a Dancing With The Stars rehearsal earlier this week ahead of his gig at the 3Arena.
Carl Mullan and his professional dance partner Emily Barker are performing a Viennese Waltz to Capaldi's new hit Pointless this Sunday, and they were left dumbstruck when the Scottish music star casually dropped into Dublin’s Liffey Trust Studios to watch their rehearsal and to wish them well.

You can watch Carl and Emily’s priceless reaction on this Sunday’s show at 6:30pm on RTÉ One.
Also, on this week’s DWTS, Brooke Scullion will dance a Salsa this week with her dance partner Robert Rowiński - and given that tomorrow night, the 2023 Irish Eurovision entry will be chosen, Brooke will be keeping the Eurovision theme alive on Sunday evening.
They will dance to SloMo, which is sung by her friend Chanel, who sent the track global when she represented Spain in last year's Eurovision final.
Suzanne Jackson will perform the first Contemporary Ballroom of the series this weekend with Michael Danilczuk to Keeping Your Head Up by Birdy.
