Here’s a timely repeat of the season 3 Christmas specials of Ricky Gervais’ squirm-tastic mockumentary.

Since getting the sack from Wernham Hogg, David Brent has become a sales rep for a cleaning products company and is a Z-list celebrity on the party circuit, but still can't seem to stay away from his old workplace for more than five minutes.

Meanwhile, Tim is nervous at the prospect of meeting up with Dawn, who has been offered the chance to fly back to Slough from Florida with boyfriend Lee for the office Christmas party.

Then at 11.30pm, the yuletide office party throws up a few surprises, not least the arrival of David Brent's date, who turns out to be attractive and intelligent.

Poor Tim is nervous about meeting Dawn and her fiance Lee after declaring his love for her before she left for America, as he still carries a torch for the former secretary.
