"I’m in love with your country, with your people. I I’ve been making a show here . . . it’s the happiest time I’ve ever had."

As well as filming Harry Wild - where she stars as an amateur sleuth - she also shot a film here with Lindsay Lohan. "I played her mum," she told Ryan. "That’s what happens," she aded, with a laugh.
"I’m living in Dublin and I’m absolutely loving it. I’ve fallen in love with a little place called Dalkey. A couple of famous people live around there but I never see them. It’s down by the sea.
"It’s lovely, when I walk down to the little village everyone seems to know me and they leave me alone, but they also take care of me really well there.
"It’s an amazing place, and where I am, the first day I’m looking out at the ocean. I lived in Malibu and I love being near the ocean. But it was like the ocean was coming straight into the living room!"
Jane then told Ryan about her relationship with Amy Huberman, who also has a role in Harry Wild. "She plays my daughter-in-law," Jane explained.
"And when I first came out here last year in the springtime, she said, 'Oh, my husband likes to cook. Do you want to come over?’

"And it was covid time, and you weren’t supposed to go anywhere, So I said sure and I went over, and this really nice guy is cooking. I had no idea - Brian? Brian the chef!
"Eventually I found out that he did something with this strange-looking ball. A rugby ball."
She also described Amy as "the craic" and noted that "We can’t stop laughing together. We've become great friends."
