Dublin band Aslan have announced that they will play their 40th anniversary show at the 3Arena on March 18 next year after they were forced to postpone the gig last September when front man Christy Dignam was admitted to hospital.

He has since returned home to recuperate and in a post on social media today, the band said, "We want to thank everyone that held onto their tickets, and we hope you are ready to celebrate with us St Patrick's Weekend 2023!!
