Pick of the Day

Meanapás: Meon Nua, 9.30pm, TG4

In this documentary Gráinne Seoige explores the topic of menopause and the way in which it’s handled in this country.

She will examine the challenges associated with the menopause and will meet with women across the country to hear their stories.

As part of the documentary, Gráinne will work on a campaign which aims to increase public awareness in Ireland around menopause.

She will cross paths with experts, politicians – including Health Minister Stephen Donnelly (above) - and women in order to get the full picture on the topic.

As I’ve often said: if males went through the menopause you’d never hear the end of it.
