There's an emergency in Albert Square in Tuesday's EastEnders on RTÉ One and BBC One.
Releasing photos, the BBC said: "After a run-in with Kheerat, things are tense but take a turn for the worse for Nish when he collapses on the floor in pain.
"A shocked Vinny finds him and quickly calls for help."
Fans can find out what happens next on RTÉ One and BBC One on Tuesday at 7:30pm.
EastEnders airs on RTÉ One and BBC One Monday to Thursday.
