Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan and star Rhea Seehorn are teaming up again for a new series for Apple TV+.
In a statement about moving on from the Better Call Saul/Breaking Bad universe with the as-yet-untitled series, Gilligan said: "After 15 years, I figured it was time to take a break from writing antiheroes, and who's more heroic than the brilliant Rhea Seehorn?
"It's long past time she had her own show, and I feel lucky to get to work on it with her."
Seehorn is best known for her Emmy-nominated role as Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul.
Entertainment trade publication the Hollywood Reporter says Apple TV+ has given a two-season order for the new show.
It will see Gilligan working again with Zack Van Amburg and Jamie Erlicht, the former Sony Pictures TV presidents who gave the green light to Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad before moving on to Apple.
Gilligan will be showrunner and executive produce the series through his company, High Bridge Productions.
