Garth Brooks has been making the very most of his time in Ireland as he plays his long-awaited five-night stand at Croke Park, including visiting a pub in Kerry for a pint of Guinness - and a few songs with the locals.

The 60-year-old country megastar is due to play the last of his sold-out shows at Croke Park this Friday and Saturday and has been using his downtime to tour Ireland.

On Tuesday, he dropped into Dick Mack's pub in Dingle, where he delighted fans with an impromptu performance.

Brooks also visited Limerick University to watch the Munster Rugby team as they trained.

Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood, who joined her husband on stage last Friday night for a duet of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born hit Shallow, were also seen in Co Wicklow as they visited historic Glendalough.

Yearwood also posted a shot of herself and her husband in the aptly named Brooks bar.

Last weekend, Garth led a singalong with locals on Portland Place, which is just down the road from Croke Park.
