I know a certain chap in Crumlin who will be glued to this. Enjoy, Buzz!
Twelve new contestants make their way into the tent, hoping they have what it takes to bake their way to the final.
They start off with a signature challenge in which they must produce 12 perfect mini cakes, before working out the recipe for a sponge that should be familiar.
For the showstopper, the bakers are asked to reproduce a house that's close to their hearts, entirely from sponge.

Storyville: Gorbachev. Heaven, 9.00pm, BBC Four
Here’s a timely repeat, owing to the recent death of Mikhail Gorbachev.
As the architect of Glasnost and Perestroika, he helped to shape the latter deacdes of the 20th century.
His actions brought down the Berlin Wall, giving countries of the former Soviet Union a chance to break away from Russian rule.
But while to many in the west he remains a hero, in his own country Gorbachev was condemned for destroying the Soviet Empire.
This film is an intimate portrait of the man who, until his death in August at the age of 91, carried the burdens of his past.
