Maggie Molloy explores more of Ireland's most reasonably priced homes, joined by building engineer Kieran McCarthy, who advises house hunters about the condition of the properties.
They begin by heading to Carlow to help find a home for civil servant Laura, who wants to escape the rising costs of Dublin.

A suave advertising executive is mistaken for an American intelligence agent by a foreign spy and finds himself drawn into a world of espionage and adventure.
This leads to a high-tension cross-country chase made more perilous when the FBI intervenes.
Followed at 10.10pm by Talking Pictures: Alfred Hitchcock, a look at the TV appearances made over the years by pioneering film director Alfred Hitchcock, capturing the milestones and highlights of his life and career.
And then there’s Hitchcock’s Shower Scene: 78/52 (10.50pm), a documentary taking a look at the enduring legacy of the infamous and iconic shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, where Janet Leigh’s character is stabbed to death.
The sequence took a week to film and used up a quarter of the movie's entire production schedule, requiring 78 set-ups and 52 cuts to achieve.
Ambulance, 9.00pm, BBC One
Christopher Ecclestone (below) narrates as crews begin to book on for the start of the busy weekend shift, a 999 call is received for a patient who has jumped off a bridge.
Crewmates Joe and Hayley are the closest available resource and are immediately dispatched to the scene. Shumel and Perry respond to an emergency call for an 88-year-old male with lower back pain.
The patient is being cared for by his wife, who admits she is struggling to cope with his care on her own.
New or Returning Shows
Elizabeth: The Unseen Queen, 10.15pm, RTÉ One
The story of the UK’s Queen Elizabeth II in her own words, featuring never-before-seen home movie footage from her childhood up to her 1953 Coronation at the age of 27.
It features a clip marking the first extended visit of Prince Philip to Balmoral in 1946, while the couple's engagement was still not public and depicts Princess Elizabeth as a young mother with Prince Charles and Princess Anne spending time with their grandparents, the King and Queen.
Late Night Mash, 10.00pm, Dave
Rachel Parris takes over from Nish Kumar as the host of this often excellent weekly satirical show.
She’s joined by special guests to deliver topical insights and fake news reports from the dystopian parallel universe known as modern Britain.
Trigger Point, 9.00pm, Virgin Media One
This is a pretty good thriller, starring Line of Duty’s Vicky McClure, and Adrian Lester. If you missed it on ITV, it’s well worth a look.
Bomb disposal officers Lana Washington and Joel Nutkins are called out to a Met counter-terrorism operation at a London housing estate to investigate a potential bomb factory and suspected bomb-maker Andy Phelan.
Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad
Season 3 of this series sees the actor/TV presenter (below) and his son hit the road together again, but this time they are staying closer to home and heading for Europe as they travel from Essex to Italy's Amalfi coast. Nice!
Their first stop is the Netherlands, where they try out the sport of canal jumping, before the pair don Lycra for a spot of velodrome track cycling alongside a world champion, and take on the world's tallest freestanding climbing wall.
Forged In Fire, 9.00pm, Sky History

Back for a 9th season (so plenty of someones are watching it), the best bladed weapon-makers go head-to-head building everything from Viking battle axes to Samurai swords to Indian claw daggers.
There will be new weapons and contestants every week, facng tests of their creations, all judged by an esteemed panel of unimpeachable weapons experts.
What gives the show its edge is that the race to create the episode's weapon of choice is a journey through weapon history under Mission Impossible time constraints.
Ultimately, the winner leaves with $10,000 cash and the title of Forged in Fire Champion.

Here’s the final instalment of Russell T Davies' drama, starring Olly Alexander, Keeley Hawes and Lydia West.
