Coleen Rooney is set to open up about the 'Wagatha Christie' investigation in a new three part unscripted TV series for Disney+.
The news was revealed at the Edinburgh TV Festival by Sean Doyle, Disney+ director of unscripted content.
He said the streamer will have "exclusive access" to Rooney, who is the wife of former England football captain Wayne Rooney.
Earlier this month fellow footballer's wife Rebekah Vardy, 40, lost a libel battle known as 'Wagatha Christie' against 36-year-old Coleen Rooney over a viral social media post.
Mr Doyle said it is "a bit surprising" for Disney+ to sign up to do a deal with Coleen Rooney but that hers is a story "people want to hear".
He added that he feels people might not have considered Disney would be right to take on the 'Wagatha Christie' story a year ago but feels that the content they are bringing to the streamer, such as the Kardashians, is "changing people's expectations" of what they produce.
