Don’t Miss
Panorama: The Secret World of Trading Nudes, 8.00pm, BBC One
An investigation into the disturbing online trade in sexually explicit images and videos of women, often taken and posted online without their consent.
Reporter Monika Plaha meets the women whose lives have been ruined when intimate pictures of them are put on social media.
She asks whether some tech companies are doing enough to combat this illicit trade, and tracks down one man responsible for running an online community awash with explicit material.
The Yorkshire Ripper Files: A Very British Crime Story, 9.00pm, BBC Four
Documentary examining Peter Sutcliffe's crimes and asking whether 1970s attitudes to women influenced the investigation, leaving the murderer free to kill again.
The first episode explores the early years of the investigation from 1975, when the first Ripper murder occurred.
The location of the first two murders in Chapeltown, then well-known as Leeds' main red light district, led the police to decide that prostitution was the connection between the attacks.
After the second murder in January 1976, the police announced they were hunting a 'prostitute killer’ and the investigation became driven by this theory.
