The RTÉ Concert Orchestra has announced details of the world premiere of the Oscar-winning film Room with a live score at the National Concert Hall.
The screening with live score by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra under conductor Gavin Maloney will take place on Saturday, 3 September.
It will be introduced by Room director Lenny Abrahamson and Room composer Stephen Rennicks, in conversation with John Kelly.
Room received its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival in the US on 4 September 2015.
At the Oscars in February 2016, its star Brie Larson won Best Actress while the film also received nominations for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay.
