The Booksmart actress shared a series of photos of Chance Roberts getting down on one knee beside a swimming pool.
Other pictures show them celebrating among friends and family, including Feldstein's brother, actor Jonah Hill.
The Lady Bird actress met film producer Chance Roberts during the production of her 2019 film How to Build a Girl.
Feldstein is currently working on the Broadway revival of Funny Girl.
