Late Late Toy Show star Adam King and Ryan Tubridy have finally shared a real-life hug, with the TV host saying it was "a golden moment".
After over two years of virtual hugs, King and Tubridy had the chance to share a real hug at the Ireland vs Scotland game in Dublin's Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
Adam King Adventures tweeted: "Look who we met at the @AVIVAStadium @FAIreland game! And after 2 years and all the lockdowns - finally - a real hug. What a lovely moment."

Tubridy shared a photo of the hug on his Instagram page, writing in the caption: "As Adam's Dad said, this hug was over two years, five Late Late Show appearances and a great friendship in the making.
"A golden moment."
The broadcaster also posted a photo of him with King's family to his Instagram stories, writing: "I found our lucky charms!
"My dear friend, Adam King and family."

King, now 7-years-old, became an instant sensation when he appeared as a toy tester on The Late Late Toy Show in 2020.
Given the COVID-19 restrictions at the time, he decided to hold up his picture of a heart that read "a hug for you" in lieu of being able to give Tubridy, and his surprise guest, hospital porter John Doyle, a proper hug.

The Cork youngster and Tubridy became instant friends and have stayed in contact since.
King was born with osteogenesis imperfecta type 2, which causes brittle bones.
Since his iconic Toy Show appearance, he has raised over €250,000 for Temple Street Hospital in Dublin and Cork University Maternity Hospital.
