The Eurovision Song Contest favourites, Ukraine's Kalush Orchestra, received a standing ovation during Tuesday night's semi-final as they booked their home nation's place in Saturday's grand final in Turin.
The group received a rapturous response from the crowd at the PalaOlimpico after performing their song, Stefania.

"Thank you for supporting Ukraine," they said.
Seventeen countries were competing for 10 places in Saturday's grand final.
Joining Ukraine in qualifying from the first semi-final were, in alphabetical order: Armenia, Greece, Iceland, Lithuania, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Switzerland.
Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Latvia and Slovenia failed to progress on the night.
Irish Eurovision hopeful Brooke Scullion will compete in the second semi-final on Thursday.

Speaking to RTÉ Entertainment from Turin on Tuesday, the Co Derry singer appealed for more radio play for her song That's Rich.
"All I can do is focus on the campaign from here on in and, of course, it will be an excellent boost to get the song played on the radio," she added.

The second Eurovision Song Contest semi-final is on RTÉ2, the RTÉ Player and RTÉ Radio 1 on Thursday from 8:00pm.
