Gary Barlow is bringing his one-man show to Dublin's Gaiety Theatre this autumn.

The singer-songwriter will perform A Different Stage, which he describes as "an intimate evening of music and chat", at the Gaiety Theatre from 26 – 29 October.

Tickets for the shows, priced from €50.65, go on sale on Friday, 29 April at 9.30am from usual Ticketmaster outlets.

Created by Barlow and his long-time collaborator Tim Firth, A Different Stage sees the Take That star narrate the journey of his life alongside music from his discography.

Barlow first performed the show at The Brindley in Cheshire in February and has since played to sold-out audiences in Salford, Liverpool and Edinburgh.

He will make his West End debut at London's Duke of York's Theatre on August 31.

Barlow said: "Now I've done shows where it has just been me and a keyboard. I've done shows where I sit and talk to people. I've done shows where I've performed as part of a group.

"But this one, well, it’s like all of those, but none of them. When I walk out this time, it's going to be a very different stage altogether."
