Tell us three things about yourself?

Khal: I grew up a tip-toe walker.

Andy: I can do a mean headstand.

Dev: I can touch both of my elbows together behind my back.

How would you describe your music?

We used to describe it as folk & roll & country soul. It was a bit of a catch-all. I would say we've gradually moved into a more indie folk direction.

Who are your musical inspirations?

Andy - I’m currently inspired by a lot of our fellow Canadian artists like Andy Shauf, Lief Vollebekk, and Bahamas.

What was the first gig you ever went to and the first record you ever bought/downloaded?

Andy - My first concert was The Black Eyed Peas, and the first record I ever bought was the debut album from O-Town. Both are slightly embarrassing, but it was a good time. – Andy

What’s your favourite song right now?

Dev - The Internet Of Love by Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

Favourite lyric of all time?

This isn’t my favourite of all time, but my most recent favourite lyric is from MUNA’s song Anyone But Me: "You’re gonna say that I’m on a high horse, I think that my horse is regular sized". It’s perfect.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Dev - Pink + White by Frank Ocean.

Where can people find your music/more information?

Anywhere you listen to music on the internet! Our website and our Instagram is @wildriversmusic.
