The penultimate episode of the current series of the official Dancing with the Stars Podcast is here as the countdown to Sunday's final continues.
The finalists, Ellen Keane, Erica-Cody, Jordan Conroy and Nina Carberry, join Lottie Ryan to discuss how training is progressing for the glittering finale of the series.
Plus, judge Loraine Barry joins Lottie for a masterclass to reveal what the finalists need to do to achieve the highest levels of performance on Sunday.
As she prepares to hand on the glitterball trophy to the new champion, Lottie has this advice:
"Getting to do it was a dream come true. So for whoever gets to have that dream on Sunday and have that moment, I could not be happier for them. And I hope they really take it in and just relish it because it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing that will happen and I just hope they enjoy every second of it."
