There are heartbreaking scenes in Friday's EastEnders double bill as the Carter family's worst nightmare comes true.
Releasing photos, the BBC says: "The Carters' world is shattered into pieces as they receive the devastating news that Tina is dead after her body was discovered in the Argee Bhajee.
"With Mick struggling to process what's happened, Janine steps in to offer Mick her support and he breaks down in her arms.
"As the news settles in, Mick vows to Shirley that they will find Tina's killer."
Serial killer Gray murdered Tina after she discovered that he had killed his first wife, Chantelle.
Friday's double bill on RTÉ One and BBC One at 8:00pm sets up a huge week in Albert Square, beginning on Monday, 7 March.
EastEnders airs on RTÉ One and BBC One on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
