It follows her debut single What Are We Now? last year and she says Again is about an "on again off again" relationship.

"Although your relationship with this person might not be good for you, you can't help but go back to them, even though you know you shouldn’t!" she says. "I mean, who can blame a girl for trying?"

Tell us three things about yourself?

Well, I turned 17 back in December so I’m very much new to all of this! I grew up with parents of different backgrounds, so I speak six languages and I am currently in 6th Year studying for my Leaving Cert whilst finding time to put out my own music!

How would you describe your music?

I would say it’s the type of music you can cry at the club to! It’s such a mix of a fun and upbeat tune but some of the lyrics can be very impactful. I love that because then everyone listens to it in their own way and finds their own meaning to it. It’s definitely the type of music that can get stuck in your head and overall, just a good dance tune

Who are your musical inspirations?

My first musical inspirations go back to the shows I used to watch growing up. The likes of Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato were everything I ever wished I could be and they definitely were my initial inspirations into music. Nowadays I draw inspiration from Olivia Rodrigo, Jorja Smith and even Billie Eilish. And, of course, Adele and Lady Gaga are inspirations that have lasted a lifetime.

What was the first gig you ever went to and the first record you ever bought/downloaded?

The first gig I every went to was Lady Gaga, surprisingly. My mam and I went together because she knew how much I had been dying to go to one. All I remember is the insane outfits and just being so mesmerised by her and the amount of people chanting back her songs to her. Something that was so impactful I can still remember to this day.

And the first record I can ever remember buying was Britney Spears’ Circus album. I can just remember constantly putting that CD in the car and listening to all the tracks religiously.

What’s your favourite song right now?

Would it be bad to say my own song? Besides that, one I’ve been listening to a load of Dua Lipa so probably something off of her Future Nostalgia album. Also have been loving Mimi Webb’s new song House on Fire. It’s been a recent repeat for sure.

Favourite lyric of all time?

Probably from The Beatles’ The End. The lyric is, "And in the end/The love you take/Is equal to the love you make". I just think it’s an honest statement but written in such a good way. And my favourite lyrics that I’ve written is probably, "Bottle’s getting empty just like your promises". It features in my latest single Again that just came out and is definitely my favourite.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Such a hard question as I love to listen to all different types of music. And I’d say that although I don’t always listen to this genre, the one song I’d listen to forever would be (They Long to Be) Close to You by the Carpenters. It’s completely different to what I normally listen to but just has a way of putting a smile on my face and that’s a feeling that hasn’t gone in all the years I’ve listened to it.

Where can people find your music/more information?

My Instagram would be where most of everything I’m on is on. It’s @lilianapinheiromusic and you can access my music and all my other social media through my link in there! I’m also a big fan of TikTok and post regularly on there too (@lilianapinheiromusic. I’m under Liliana on Spotify and Apple Music too!
