The latest episode of the Dancing with the Stars Official Podcast is out, recorded live at the show on Sunday night.
Lottie Ryan, Lyra and Brian Dowling are back with the biggest episode of their DWTS Podcast yet and a whole heap of messin'.
Recorded live backstage from the show on Sunday night, the team are chatting with all of the night's performers following their Big Band Week dances, judges Brian Redmond, Arthur Gourounlian and Loraine Barry give their take on the result, plus host Nicky Byrne pops in for a chat.
The night had some massive performances, with Gráinne Seoige facing Jordan Conroy in a shock dance-off result.
Speaking on the podcast, an emotional John Nolan pays tribute to Gráinne following their elimination.
"To see Gráinne grow each week is just mega, and the change in her from November when she came in, to what she delivered in the dance-off," says the pro dancer. "It's just amazing..."
Nina Carberry and her professional dance partner Pasquale La Rocca react to Brian Redmond's huge endorsement of her dancing skills.
"I was blown back by that comment, to be honest. That's what you want to do - impress the judges, so for him to say I could have a career in dance... that's mad!"
Plus, it's the meeting of musical talent we've all been waiting for as Lyra meets Billy McGuinness. The Aslan star reveals his shock at not being in the dance-off this week.
"I can't believe it. I was 100% convinced I was going home... All I can bring to it is I can make people smile at home."
