Two strangers with a substantial age gap are brought together, and each is challenged to find a suitable date for the other.
The four-part series sees singletons in their twenties matched up with the over 65’s to help one and other find love.
Alongside the warmth and charm, the show explores a changing Ireland, reflected in the shared experiences of two people of very different ages and backgrounds, as we see what happens when they come together to help each other search for the perfect partner.
First up, Tony and Isabel. Convivial and upbeat, 81-year-old Tony would love companionship, still active in the community and certainly not one to feel sorry for himself.
22-year-old has had relationships with both sexes but has known heartbreak and dates mainly women now.

Another superb film from the great Ken Loach, this time about the awful conditions facing many working people today.
Ricky Turner takes a job as a delivery driver on a zero-hours contract, thinking it's a step towards independence and stability for his family.
Instead, he finds the unforgiving working conditions and demanding schedule exact a heavy toll.
With his wife Abbie needing to be at her job as a home carer and their graffiti artist son Seb's habit of playing truant, Ricky and Abbie find they always need to be in two places at once and give everything they can to try and help their family.

Don Baker (above) had a tough upbringing in the Dublin tenements in the 1950s.
While trying to provide food for his family by thieving, he was sent to Daingean industrial school in Offaly where he was physically and mentally abused.
He struggled with addiction for years afterwards, despite his success as a musician and actor. After much self-reflection and therapy, he has now found peace.
This is his story.
The Repair Shop, 8.00pm, BBC One
Jay Blades and the team bring four treasured family heirlooms back to life.
Geoff Clark from Sunderland hopes that audio expert Mark Stuckey can restore a beloved 1960s jukebox, and horologist Steve Fletcher turns his attention to a 400-year-old wall clock that has laid broken in a box for years.
Elsewhere, Tim Gunn restores a stowaway bike to its former glory.

Tonight’s episode comes with a major yummy factor.
Gregg Wallace (above) visits a factory producing 50,000 litres of dairy ice-cream a day, while historian Ruth Goodman hops on board an ice cream van to find out how soft whip became such a favourite.
Cherry Healey heads to an ice rink in Hull with headache expert Dr Fayyaz Ahmed, enlists an ice hockey team to test the best methods of stopping brain freeze, and also goes in search of a non-drip ice lolly.

The world of luxury estate agents Tyron Ash, who have sold more than £300million worth of property since Tyron started his own agency only 18 months ago.
With no permanent offices, his team use social media to sell some of the most sought-after homes across the UK.
In the first episode, Sophie's feeling the pressure. Tyron warns her about her performance, as she battles with rival agent Alex to sell a £5million family home in Surrey.
That property comes decked out with a private cinema and pool, and an outrageous £7million warehouse conversion in south London.
