Staff at refuges talk about their daily struggle to keep women and children safe as a shortage of places means the victims are sometimes forced to live with their abusers.

Adopting a fake identity, Becky makes herself indispensable to Livia as Elliot plans to run for MP, securing herself a position as a graphic designer for the PR campaign.
A party in his honour gives her the chance to get closer to Chloe's grief-stricken husband. However, maintaining her disguise proves expensive.
The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver, 8.00pm, Channel 4
As this new show continues, Jamie Oliver (below) introduces the second group of contestants hoping to secure a publishing deal.
The three candidates pitch their ideas for cookbooks themed around lasagnes, seasonal produce and Asian-inspired recipes to judges Jimi Famurewa, Georgina Hayden and Louise Moore.
But only two of them will go forward to the challenge stage of the series.

This week’s programme looks at Trinity College Dublin's project Sorgente, which encourages young refugees and migrants to engage with their imagination while also learning English as a second language.
Plus,there’s a report on University College Cork's CIPHER Hip Hop Interpellation, which is global study of hip-hop music and culture.

In this two-parter, Ed Stafford spends 60 days on the road with gypsy and traveller communities, in the face of proposed new laws granting police extra power to move encampments.
In this first episode, Ed heads to Chichester to spend time with a group of families who have set up camp on the side of a busy A-road next to a housing estate - only to be moved on after three days.
He also meets a family in Derbyshire with vulnerable elderly members who are waiting for news of a permanent council site.
9-1-1, 9.00pm, Sky Witness
It’s season five of the hit emergency services drama starring Angela Basset, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Peter Krause.
First up, a series of ransomware threats leads to an overabundance of emergencies for the 118, including a medevac helicopter crash at a hospital and an air traffic control tower system failure.
Meanwhile Athena must revisit her traumatic attack when the case of the serial rapist goes to trial, Eddie suffers a health scare, and Maddie's postpartum depression worsens.

Describing this series as 'niche’ doesn’t do it justice. But it’s well worth a watch.
In the first of three films exploring the importance of metals in British history, Dan Cruickshank charts the popularity of silver during the 18th and 19th centuries.
He explains how it became regarded as a symbol of taste, wealth and status in Georgian and Victorian society, and visits locations around the UK to inspect some of the most notable examples of silverwork from the period.
