Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and actor Jason Statham have welcomed their second child, a baby girl, according to reports.

The MailOnline reports that a family member confirmed the news, adding that the new arrival was born on Wednesday in London.

Huntington-Whiteley (34) and Statham (54), who has starred in the Expendables and the Fast and Furious franchises, said that she was expecting last August with a series of pictures of the model cradling her baby bump.

She told her followers at the time: 'Taaa daahhh !! #round2.'

The couple have been together since 2010 and were engaged in 2016. They have a four-year-old son Jack, who was born in 2017.

Speaking in 2018 about becoming a mum for the first time, Huntington-Whiteley said she was "happier than ever".

"Every year I get older I feel so much more empowered in myself and I feel so much more confident,’ she explained at an ELLE Weekender event.

"Turning 30 and becoming a mum has just been so empowering for me. I feel, really clear with what I want out of life.

"I feel happier than ever. I feel like you cut away the things that don’t make you happy and your priorities just shift massively."

Rosie also spoke about how she hoped she and Statham opened up that she and Jason would ‘love’ to have another child.

"[Jack’s] doing great, thank you for asking. We are lucky to be enjoying lots of family time together at the moment.

"He’s turning three in a few months, which I can’t believe. Currently we are attempting potty training!!

"I’m really proud to say he has a proper English accent and he does have the same booming loud voice as Jason. The pair of them are sooo noisy!"
