Coronation Street star Sam Aston has revealed he and his wife Briony Gardner are expecting their second child together.
The actor, who plays Chesney Brown on the ITV soap, revealed the happy news on his Instagram page with an autumnal themed picture of their 14-month-old son Sonny.
In the photo, Sonny is standing beside four pumpkins and holding a sign that reads: "We're adding another pumpkin to our patch. Due Spring 2022."
The couple married in 2019 and welcomed their first child in August 2020, announcing the news on social media.
Along with a photo of them holding their newborn son, the actor wrote: "Welcome to the world little man. Our little ray of sunshine. Sonny James Aston." Yoga instructor Gardner shared the same photo on her Instagram page.
Coronation Street airs on Virgin Media One and ITV on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
