How the hope and enthusiasm of the Telecom Éireann flotation in 1999 ended in disaster, debt and losses for the average citizens who dipped their toes into the stock market.
It features the likes of former Minister of Public Enterprise Mary O'Rourke, and former General Secretary of the CWU and chairman of the Telecom Éireann Employee Share Ownership Trust Con Scanlon.
Also included are former Business Editor of The Sunday Independent Shane Ross, and former Chief Economist of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions Paul Sweeney.

The comedy duo explore the world of urban art, talking to the experts behind the Waterford Walls festival, and meeting their childhood hero Don Conroy.
They also catch up with Peter Tunney, who runs the Wynwood Walls project in Miami and who appeared on their show last year, and take inspiration from him for a special mural in their native Tipperary.
Secrets of the Museum, 8.00pm, BBC Four
This looks fascinating.
Victoria and Albert curator Keith brings the original Frankenstein's monster out of the archives for a sci-fi exhibition, including the clothes worn by actor Boris Karloff (below) in the 1935 horror classic Bride of Frankenstein.
But it's clear the figure has seen better days and will need plenty of work to bring it back to life.
Meanwhile, the curators discover photographs of the real Alice in Wonderland and repairs are made to Shakespeare's First Folio.

Virgin Media News Crime Correspondent Sarah O'Connor (below) investigates the apparent rise in anti-social behaviour across the country.
The documentary examines Garda efforts to clamp down on public order offences and talk to victims who feel abandoned by the authorities.
It also hears from community representatives and outreach workers trying to tackle anti-social tendencies among young people before they manifest in violence.

Season three of the comedy anthology series starring Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi follows the pioneers of the American West circa 1844.
Reverend Ezekiel Brown (Radcliffe) leads his dying, famine-stricken town to head for a better life on the Oregon Trail, taking in notorious outlaw Benny the Teen (Buscemi) as trailmaster.
Meanwhile, repressed prairie wife Prudence Aberdeen (fellow returning cast member Geraldine Viswanathan) responds to the freedom of the trail, pulling her away from her wealthy husband Todd.

This series examines the careers of those at the heart of Britain’s so-called New Labour, featuring interviews with the key players involved in a movement that still divides opinion to this day.
The story begins in 1983, when Labour suffered a savage election defeat and two young Labour MPs entered Parliament for the first time.
