Netflix has unveiled the first look at Dominic West and Elizabeth Debicki as Prince Charles and Princess Diana ahead of the premiere of season 5 of The Crown.
The streaming giant had remained tight-lipped over rumours that West was to play the Prince of Wales but has finally confirmed his casting with the new pictures.
The actor, a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, who has previously starred in Australian romcom Diana & Me, takes over from Josh O'Connor, who played a younger Charles during his struggles with his royal duties as he fell in love with Camilla Parker-Bowles.
His co-star, Tenet and The Night Manager actress Debicki, was confirmed to play the late Princess Diana last year in a role previously portrayed by Emma Corrin.

Upcoming episodes of the royal drama are said to feature the death of Diana and its impact on the Royal family.
Imelda Staunton will play the final version of the Queen, replacing Olivia Colman, who in turn took over from Claire Foy.
