Hip-hop superstar Kanye West's tenth studio album Donda, which is named after his late mother, who died in 2007, is released this Friday.
West revealed details of the new record - which will be his 23rd overall - during Game 6 of the NBA Finals, in a new commercial spot which featured American track and field sprinter Sha-Carri Richardson and debuted a clip of No Child Left Behind, a new song from the album.
Donda will make its global premiere on Thursday at a sold-out listening event at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The event is being livestreamed globally via Apple.

The new album follows West's 2019 album Jesus Is King, which won a Grammy for Best Contemporary Christian Album and made history with No. 1 debuts on the Rap Album, Gospel Album and Billboard 200 charts, surpassing The Beatles and once again tying Eminem for the most consecutive No. 1 album debuts in US chart history, with nine.
