Fair City has released a cliffhanger trailer for some of the biggest episodes in Carrigstown history as Cristiano faces his abuser Will in court.
Recounting the story so far, the RTÉ soap says: "Living a secret life separate to that of his wife Mairéad and daughter Phoebe, Will met Cristiano in 2018. With his marriage over, they soon became a couple. However, in the summer of 2019, the relationship turned sour as Will became jealous of his partner's movements, his friendships and behaviour.
"Fans of Fair City will remember ducking behind their own couches as they watched Will and Cristiano's relationship unravel until finally Will cracked and dealt that final, deadly blow.
"Can Will Casey manipulate his way out of this one? Or will justice be served? Take a seat as we enter courtroom number 1 from Thursday 24 June."
Fair City airs on RTÉ One on Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
