Lucy’s Puppy Problems, 9.30pm, Virgin Media One

There I was, thinking there was no way I could love Lucy Kennedy any more than I already do - and then this comes along.

In this one-off documentary she tackles a subject close to her heart as she looks at the huge surge in demand for dogs during lockdown and all its consequences.

The Kennedy clan are one of many households who recently became dog owners.

But Lucy decided to wait and adopt from a rescue centre rather than buying an expensive pedigree pooch.

But Lucy can't help thinking - what would have become of Riley had she not come along?

They’ve also to create magical confections that look exactly like mushrooms but taste anything but - all in just three-and-a-half hours.

And that's just their first task.

For their second, judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden ask them to create a heroes and villains-themed showpiece adorned with 160 macarons.

Unfortunately, some people haven't coped too well with the reality of the pandemic and have fallen down conspiracy theory rabbit holes.

Here’s an investigation into the international anti-vaccination movement and its message that Covid-19 is a myth and part of a government plot to inject people with dangerous vaccines.

The documentary goes inside the world of the `anti-vaxxers", ranging from those cynically profiting from lethal fake cures to Piers Corbyn, brother of the former British Labour Party leader, who has compared the vaccine rollout to experiments in wartime concentration camps.
