Based on the Bafta-winning BBC mockumentary series People Just Do Nothing, the film will see the Kurupt FM crew head to Japan chasing fame and fortune after one of their songs was used on a popular game show there.

The film from director Jack Clough is a Roughcut production and was developed by BBC Films and BBC Comedy
People Just Do Nothing: Big in Japan will be released in cinemas on Ireland on August 18.
