Naked Attraction host Anna Richardson is to replace Davina McCall as the presenter of the Channel 4 reboot of interior design competition show Changing Rooms.

McCall had been announced as the presenter of the new series but had to leave the project due to scheduling issues.

Richardson will join interior designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, who starred in the original series, which ran on the BBC from 1996 to 2004.

Designers Jordan Cluroe and Russell Whitehead and carpenter and joiner Tibby Singh will also be part of the new line-up as homeowners race against the clock to renovate a room in each other's houses.

"What an honour to be joining the Changing Rooms team, one of my favourite shows from when I first started in TV," said Richardson.

"This series is an absolute classic and I can't wait to see the designs the legendary Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and the brilliant Jordan and Russell of [design studio] 2LG come up with for our homeowners.

"Let's get that house swapping started!"
