Katie Price, former EastEnders star Rita Simons, presenter Melanie Sykes and Strictly Come Dancing professional Johannes Radebe are among the 20 hopefuls for this year's Celebrity MasterChef on BBC One.

Joining them will be former EastEnders stars Michelle Collins and Joe Swash, the Happy Mondays' Bez, footballer-turned-pundit Dion Dublin, model Penny Lancaster, Hi-de-Hi star Su Pollard, Blue singer Duncan James and Britain's Got Talent finalist and comedian Nabil Abdulrashid.

Paralympic champion Kadeena Cox, Love Island star Kem Cetinay, comedian Munya Chawawa, singer and reality TV star Megan McKenna, The Great British Sewing Bee judge Patrick Grant, The Repair Shop's Will Kirk, Coronation Street star Melissa Johns and journalist and author Gavin Esler complete the line-up.

John Torode and Gregg Wallace return as judges and will be joined by chefs including Tom Kerridge, Nisha Katona and Nieves Barragán Mohacho as special guest judges.

Celebrity MasterChef Series Editor Katie Attwood said: "This year's line-up promises a huge amount of humour and entertainment. Lockdown has proved productive for our famous faces' culinary skills and we are set to see some exceptional talent and astonishing dishes as the celebrities swap their day jobs for a spot in the MasterChef kitchen."

Celebrity MasterChef will be back on BBC One for six weeks in the summer. The 2020 series was won by Irish-Iraqi broadcaster and YouTube star Riyadh Khalaf.
