Country music mavericks Jason Isbell and Sturgill Simpson are set to join Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro in Martin Scorsese's new movie Killers Of The Flower Moon.

The film, set in 1920s Oklahoma, tells the story of the Reign of Terror, a series of murders against Osage Native Americans whose land was rich in oil.

Deadline reports that Isbell will play Bill Smith, an enemy of DiCaprio’s character Ernest Burkhart, while Sturgill will play bootlegger Henry Grammar in the movie, which also stars Jesse Plemons.

Killers Of The Flower Moon will be Isbell’s acting debut, while Simpson has starred in a number of productions, including The Dead Don’t Die, Queen Slim, and The Hunt.
