Brendan Gleeson, Paddy Moloney of The Chieftains and members from The Corrs and Clannad will be joining in the fun on the night.

Members of Stockton's Wing, Edel Fox, Louise Mulcahy and Zoë Conway will also be among the guests.

A St Patrick's Festival Celebration, 6.30pm, RTÉ One

Baz Ashmawy presents a celebration of Irish culture and creativity, featuring music, dance, poetry, visual arts and comedy, with performances by Hothouse Flowers and Soulé.

The Rising Sons – a Tribute to Luke Kelly, 11.40pm, TG4

Here’s a socially-distanced gig to celebrate what would have been Luke Kelly's 80th birthday.

As this particular year was to be Lukes 80th birthday George Murphy and The Rising Sons felt they couldn’t allow the occasion to pass without paying homage in some way.

The Surrogates, 11.45pm, BBC One

This documentary series uncovers the taboos surrounding surrogacy, following the experiences of five British women all trying to have babies for other people.

They include single mum Caitlin, who has offered to help her boss Kate, who has lost three pregnancies, and 23-year-old Emma, who is pregnant with the baby of a gay couple she met on a fertility matching app.

The programme also features David, a single gay man hoping to have a child through surrogacy.
