Featuring the singles Millennials and Keep Trying, the four-tracks follow the Strabane-based singer's personal journey in dealing with mental health, and she describes the new release as "an honest documentation that I believe will resonate with so many people right now".

Tell us three things about yourself?

My favourite place in the world is The Olympia Theatre and I cannot wait to attend a gig there as soon as I possibly can again.

I can play seven instruments: guitar, ukulele, bass, drums, piano, viola, and violin.

My favourite show is The Office (the American one. I just love Steve Carell).

How would you describe your music?

A combination of folk/indie/pop but also a coping mechanism?

Who are your musical inspirations?

Jenny Lewis is my favourite. I caught her live in Dublin a couple of years ago and it was truly so special for me. I also love Paul Simon, Alanis Morissette, St. Vincent, Jack White . . . Most just don't really match the music I make.

How are you occupying yourself during the coronavirus lockdown?

Lauren Bird's lockdown: "I did 75% of a jigsaw before I got bored."

Well, I learned to cook at the ripe age of 29 as well as learned to bake. I've also seemed to have become my family's hairdresser which has caused more anxiety than my teenage years combined. I also finished my new EP over Zoom with my friend Darren and have been working from home like most of the population. It's been interesting! Oh, I also did 75% of a jigsaw before I got bored.

What's your favourite song right now?

Right now, my favourite would have to be a throwback because I have been listening to Malibu by Hole like it just came out last week.

Favourite lyric of all time?

That is impossible. I love "let the ocean worry about being blue". I always think that to myself. It's from Hang Loose by Alabama Shakes.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life what would it be?

These questions are brutally hard. Sunday Morning by No Doubt because it just makes me instantly happy.

Where can people find your music/more information?

You can find everything over on my website.
