Kanye West is to move out of the Californian home he shared with Kim Kardashian as part of their divorce settlement.
The reality TV star ended the couple's almost seven-year marriage by filing for divorce last month, and according to TMZ, Kardashian will get the keys to their Hidden Hills mansion so their four young children don't have to move.
The mansion is located in the same gated community as many other membersof the Kardashian's family, and was bought by the couple back in 2014 for $20 million.
They then spent another $20 million on a makeover, which was created and led by Kanye.
The renovations took four years to complete, with the house now boasting two swimming pools, a vineyard - and a sink that sources indicated cost $30,000.
The rapper has been based in Wyoming in recent months after purchasing a massive ranch in the state and setting up the headquarters for his Yeezy clothing and shoe brand.
Kardashian and West are expected to share joint legal and physical custody of their four children - North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm - while the bulk of their assets will be divided as per their prenuptial agreement.
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian introduced the newest member of her family: daughter North's bearded dragon Speed.
The reality TV star shared pictures of the reptile, which was - of course -wearing a custom-made, pink fluffy hoodie from her Skims clothing line.
Meet the newest member of our family...Speed. I really wasn't planning on liking Speed the way I do but she grew on me! Speed was really my BFF Allison’s and we babysat for a week and she never left and it’s been months! pic.twitter.com/qOMc58IJKY— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) March 3, 2021
