Actor Liam Cunningham has told The Tommy Tiernan Show that he loves living in Ireland and even enjoys the "healthy begrudgery."
The 59-year-old Dubliner, who played Davos Seaworth in Game Of Thrones, told Tiernan that people on the street have shouted at him.
"There is a healthy begrudgery here isn’t there, I like it, I kind of like it you are walking down the street: ‘you think you are bleedin' great don’t you?’ " You don’t get that anywhere else."
He added, "Oh yeah you wouldn’t be allowed to get ahead of yourself, I have a healthy respect for that to be honest there is no falsehood or whatever it’s nice."
